Docksta Sko is growing and looking for more engaged employees for our production!

We are looking for someone with previous experience in shoe repairs, shoe manufacturing, or working with leather. You need to have good physical fitness and be accustomed to practical work. To thrive with us, you should also have a positive energy, be meticulous, and enjoy working towards set production goals.

Since we work with different types of production machines, we appreciate if you have a technical interest and some experience in assembling and maintaining machines.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with shoes or leather.

• Is detail-oriented and quality-conscious.

• Has good physical ability.

• Can work efficiently and goal-oriented in a production environment.

• Has a positive energy and enjoys working in a team.

• Has a technical interest and preferably some experience in assembling machines.

• Understands and can express themselves in Swedish.

About the workplace

The workplace is located in Docksta, where we moved into our newly built factory and store in 2024. Here, we work in an inspiring environment with the Bottenhavet bays and Skule National Park as a backdrop.

There are good commuting opportunities, including bus connections from places like Örnsköldsvik, as the E4 is directly connected to our factory.
